Day 4
  • Passage Planning and preparing for night sail
  • Execute Passage Plan and Night Sail
Day 5
  • Revision
  • Theory Exam (afternoon)
  • Practical assessment

Notes:

  • Requirement to gain RYA certificate at end of course: 10 days, 200 miles, 8 night hours. Approximately half of these requirements will be covered during the course.
  • RYA Day Skipper (Practical) Certificate will be awarded by instructor upon successful completion of course and assessment.
