Sunsail Thailand Base Information
Sunsail has two bases in Thailand offering a choice of unforgettable sailing holiday and yacht charter products:
Phuket Base
Sunsail's Phuket base is located at Boat Lagoon in Sapam Bay and offers bareboat and crewed yacht charters, plus an internationally accredited RYA Sailing School.

Koh Samui Base
Sunsail have opened a new base in Koh Samui offering flotillas and bareboat yacht charter Holidays around this stunning cruising ground.
Charter Turnaround Days and Briefings
Yacht charters from Sunsail Thailand commence at 1800 hrs and finish at 0900 hrs on the last day. However, we ask that you call the base prior to arrival as the yacht may be available earlier so that you may get out on the first afternoon. Koh Samui bareboat charters may start on any day of the week.
Clients will receive a personal Yacht and Chart Briefing on arrival at the base. This will take approximately two hours so you need to allow plenty of time. No charter clients are permitted to leave on their sailing expeditions in Thailand without adequate briefing.
Reconfirmation of all flights
It is extremely important that clients reconfirm Internal and International flights at least 72 hours before departure (unless using Thai Airways flights).
Reconfirmation can be done from the airports, from any large hotel and from the Sunsail Thailand Base.
There is usually a small charge of 50 Baht per ticket (International). There is no need for clients to confirm Thai Airways domestic and international flights.
